shaped warm wishes

Hi there thanks for visiting my cupboard.
thought  this week I would crack on with the Christmas cards, did quite a lot of prep work but only completed 1 so far.here it is.

I have used the Marianne design stamps which came with papercraft essentials,used the skater, the snowflakes border (stamped allaround the edge and embossed with winter wonderland embossing powder) used a artylicious tree stamp, stamped and embossed 3 times and cut different layers and layered up with foam pads, background paper from forever friends christmas pack with added glitter,finally a marianne snowflake die and little silver star from stash, used the easi box board for the shape.

Black and white christmas card

 Hi there thanks for visiting
A Christmas card that is a bit unusual but I quite liked making it.

I have used again a very old stamp, one of the first I ever bought I think just stamped and embossed it, used a cuttlebug embossing folder for the background and matted on to black, the corners and the circles are cut from a nelli snellen die set, not over sure what I had to do with the edges the die does not cut all the way round so figured I needed to fold it up some how not sure if I got it right. Paper pleated some black card stock to make the rosette and added sentiment, bit of black ribbon and gems from stash also added crystal glitter but does not show up that much

Hi there thanks for visiting card no 2
now this card had got glitter on and lots of it
I have used a really old stamp, loads of glitter and snowflakes

A cd stamp from docrafts snowy christmas trees, tried adding lots of embossing powder and glitter in the top right hand corner with snowflakes on heated from underneath quite liked it but the snowflakes peeled off had to add some more. Used marianne snowflake and swirl die, sissex sparkle die, spellbinders label die and snowflake punch.

Hi there thanks for visiting today
made a card using the molly bloom stamps from the molly bloom magazine

not very christmassy might have to add some glitter
background paper from Joanna Sheeen Victorian Christmas cd, kraft card for backing, paper pieced from my minds eye winter papers (free papers from last year) and some sparkly paper for wings from stash, stamps molly bloom with mag button and jute from stash.
did not piece the skin or hair used promarkers

traditional christmas with a twist

I have used a papermania stamp think I stamped 3 stamps and layered up, papers had for ages used a little gel pen around the green and edged both papers with barn door distress ink  used a a martha stewart punch tied a bit of metallic embroidery thread and added some black gems. thanks for looking angxxxx

pink christmas card

Hi there just got home from work  to post no2

I was blog hopping and came across this challenge of spotlight stamping, with a great tutorial from Sues craft haven < I had not come across this before so gave it a go.
I stamped the image twice and then die cut a section from one of the images and just coloured that section, I used a scalloped oval xcut die to cut it out and again used the bigger size to cut an aperture out of the pink cordinations embossed with folder, die cut some sparkles loaded with glamour dust and pink star gems added some tinsel and ribbon the image is docrafts tatty teddy

Had a nice crafty weekend finished 4 cards and made a start on another
here is my first

I made this card by first heat embossing the silver meadow flowers stamp by sheena and then using an embossing folder on the top part of the card only it turned out to be debossed. stamped some poppies and get me masked one off (the poppies originally had stems but they ended up in the wrong place). die cut  the centre and stamped and embossed the sentiment punhed some tiny butterflies and diecut some leaves added some glitter to the poppies and some distress ink , colourd with promarkers

I have used that stamp again, was looking through my lotv stamps, some not used yet, but dont have any other christmas ones, and it is my fave.
paper from old cardmakers mag, backed onto mirri, stamped with wow embossing powder a christmas tree from artylicious, tag shape from cc board found my polar white flower soft ( I keep putting things in safe places, but then forgetting where that is lol)
Added ribbon from stash,gems and buckle from mei flower snowflake marianne die.

fantasy birthday

Birthday card for a 3 year old
hi there thanks for visiting again today
made another version of the birthday card a couple of posts earlier,took the previous one in to work and was asked to make another, tried to make it similar but different if you get my gist.
Used the same cc girl stamps but added a lotv stamp into the mix, coloured with promarkers sprinkled glitter quite generously (last week think I must have swallowed some not pleasant) found the mirrored swirls and leaves in my craft stash think it came in a goodie bag from craft show.
thats it though these stamps are going to hide in the back of the cupboard for a while took me ages thanks for looking angxxxx
